This is my 18k hunter case triple date moonphase chronograph minute repeater.

If you're not familiar with watches, that means it's in a case made of 18 karat gold that opens and closes to cover the crystal. It tells you the day of the week, the day of the month, the month, and the phase of the moon. It also has a built in stopwatch, operated by the button at 12:00 (the top of the picture). And when you slide the lever on the outside of the case at 6:00 (the bottom of the picture), it rings out the hour and the minute on two chimes.

The dial isn't perfect, but it really has character.

I estimate it was made around 1900, but that's not a very well researched guess. I don't know who its maker was.
